New short workshops – quick wins for practitioners
7th July 2025 | David Andrassy
Live Well with Pain is excited to be launching a new series of short, practical workshops that will build confidence, skills and knowledge for practitioners working with persistent pain.
We’ve listened to what practitioners are telling us about the areas where they need more detailed guidance, and have come up with a new series of workshops to fill that gap.
The new single-topic workshops from Live Well with Pain are designed to get you up to speed on some of the most pressing topics you’ll encounter while working with people with pain.
First up this July is Nutrition and Pain, a rapidly growing area and one that people with pain tell us is something they want to know more about.
That’s followed this Autumn with Pain cafés – what, why and how! Leveraging peer support to create a longer term and sustainable pain network in your community is something that’s happening up and down the country – but where do you start? This workshop has the low down.
The next two workshops cover topics that are familiar to anyone living with pain: getting better sleep and how to get more active. As a practitioner there’s lots you can do to help on both these fronts. Our workshops will provide you with the tools to do just that.
All workshops are held on line via Zoom – we’ll send you the links following registration. Really useful training resources will also be emailed before and after training and an attendance certificate will be provided.
Cost per workshop is just £60, with discounts available for more than three participants from same organisation.
