Whether you’re a person living with persistent pain, a carer or a practitioner working in pain self-management, we have a wealth of resources for you.

Everything is completely free to access and use. To help get you to the right place, we have grouped them into two sections: resources people living with pain, and resources for practitioners:
Resources for people living with pain are designed to help you grow your confidence to self-manage your persistent pain. The aim is to reach a point where it no longer dominates your days and you can get on with your life.
Resources for practitioners are designed to give people working with pain the skills they need to deliver effective self-management support. This enables practitioners to guide people on their journey to becoming confident self-managers of their persistent pain.
