Managing setbacks – learn your triggers

Setbacks can be caused by many factors such as feeling very low, having a virus infection, family illness, crisis with a child or elderly relative, working overtime or going on holiday, worry over debts.

Learn your triggers

Think of any issues in your life likely to cause you a setback
Try rating them on a scale of 1 to 5, with 1 as a very low risk, and 5 very high risk.
Look at your last or current setback
Write down what may have contributed to it and on a scale of 1 to 5, rate how likely it is to happen again.
