I am Kate Hardiman, a physiotherapist by background and very passionate about improvement in the NHS.
I currently work for Health Innovation East Midlands on the adoption and spread of the work outlined by the Medical Safety Improvement Programme (specifically reducing harm from opioids). I have been working on the programme since November 2024 and work closely with the ICSs and PCNs to enable embedding and sustainability of the amazing work they do within the system.
Kate will be presenting Delivery of joined up community-based care including pain cafes, together with Paula Whitehurst and Luke Wilkinson at 4.10pm
