Complete it regularly
Consider completing the Health and Wellbeing Check every month or so. By doing this on a regular basis you’ll build up a picture of how your confidence to self-manage is growing.
Save your PDFs
The Health and Wellbeing Check gives you the option to save a PDF of your answers each time you complete it. So when you look back over past PDFs you’ll be able to see how your confidence has grown.
Celebrate your achievements
Comparing your current results with past PDFs will help you notice any areas that still need work. It’s also a great way to remind yourself of your achievements – and to give yourself that well-earned pat on the back!
