Cormac Ryan is Professor of Clinical Rehabilitation at Teesside University and a Community Pain Champion for the Flippin’ Pain Campaign.
Cormac has been researching in the field of Persistent Pain for over 20 years and has a particular interest in Pain Science Education. He has contributed to guidelines for British Pain Society and the Faculty of Pain Medicine.
Over his career he has published over 100 peer-reviewed scientific articles primarily in the field of Persistent Pain. His current research activities focus on delivering Pain Science Education for all on a public health level.
